Travis, Chris and Jeff were all three outstanding during the purchase of my vehicle! They never once tried to "used car saleman" me. I had bought my Tundra "as is" and noticed a few minor issues my first night with it and they took care of them promptly. They even gave me a loaner car to borrow during the repairs. Can't recommend this place enough, I'll be happy to give them my business again! They gave me a level of used car buying experience that every dealer should strive to achieve!

Do not buy from here! They sold me a car with no catalytic converters, o2 sensors or mufflers. The check engine light came on the day I bought it. The battery died a month later, replaced it and the whole system went crazy. The previous owner had a tuner in it. Fried the spark plugs and caused the car to smoke and burns oil now. They put mufflers on it after I got pulled over, took it to a performance shop and did a patch job to the system and programmed it to ignore the catalytic, o2 sensors and louvers. So now if the battery is disconnected it will happen again. I have been fighting the smoking issue with excuses the oil catch can the car came with was the issue and the pcv valve had been removed and seal messed with. Not true! I removed it myself in a parking lot... it was plug and play! They put new tires on it before I bought it... within 5k miles the inter front tires were showing metal... the alignment was toed to almost -.87!! I had to replace the tires. And now its been sitting at St. Cloud Toyota for 2 weeks... that smoking its been doing for months now is the turbo... a seal is seeping oil into my intake! The turbo went crazy when the system went crazy and this is the result. Come to find out my factory Ford warranty was voided before I even bought it, Toyota has denied the powertrain warranty claiming its not an internally lubricated part... the literal issue is the turbo is leaking engine oil into the intake! Turbos are covered on EVERY powertrain warranty out there!! Now waiting for my extended warranty to review it.. they're not expected to start coverage until after my Ford warranty is up... I haven't reached that mileage! Nevermind the fact that the grill was actually cut out, the bumper tabs are broken that hold it onto the fenders and constantly popped out. I asked Chris.. the manager.. if the aftermarket nonsense the previous owner did (I was only aware of it being lowered, the intercooler, the pipes being longer, exhaust louder (didn't know when purchased it was straight piped) and the plastidip which I removed and grill was deleted) was going to affect any of the warranties or the motor warranty and I was told NO!!!! I would never have bought this car knowing what I know now and bought an expensive extended warranty that is completely useless!! I'm looking into legal action and who to contact to report the car being sold to me ILLEGALLY!!! Thanks Chris!

This is the second car we've purchased from them. They worked with us very easily and no hassling! My husband needed a car that day and they made sure he got a reliable vehicle at a great price! There was a minor issue with the car and they made the appointment to fix it the next day as soon as it was noticed.

Sold us the truck with no brake lights no daytime running lamp on one side and back up lights that we're out, our salesman who is the manager advised us it had went through a 42 step inspection prior to coming onto the lot I am fearful of what that inspection was due to all the failures in the lights. I get that it is a used vehicle but you also need to find a place that you can trust what their word is, this is not a place to trust them at their word, make sure to have any vehicle you're looking at fully inspected by a mechanic before purchasing. If I could give it zero Stars I would.
